Your inventory, managed and visible in real time

Aerodoc receives, stores, manages and releases your technology inventory under documented custody, with every movement recorded in AWMS and your stock and orders visible in the My Aerodoc portal. Warehousing runs as part of an integrated DDP + IOR scope, so the same partner that imports your hardware also manages it after customs.

Warehouse management services cover everything that happens to your inventory between import and final delivery: controlled receiving, storage, inventory management, order processing and authorized release. Aerodoc runs this as a managed service on AWMS, the Aerodoc Warehouse Managed Service, so your team sees accurate stock without operating a warehouse.

The service is built for technology hardware: serialized units, high-value cargo and project-driven deployments. It works as the management and visibility layer of a broader operation that starts with Importer of Record (IOR) and continues through our warehousing and fulfillment solutions.

What Managed Warehouse Services Cover

AWMS is cargo management, not just storage. Every unit is identified, verified and tracked through four controlled phases, and each movement (inbound, storage, repack, outbound) is registered and visible to the client.

01

Receiving

Physical verification against packing list and commercial invoice, validation of models, quantities and serial numbers, and registration in the ERP.

02

Storage

FIFO storage with monthly cycle counts, CCTV and restricted access, so inventory accuracy is maintained instead of assumed.

03

Preparation and packing

Picking against validated orders, consolidation by destination or project, kit management and outbound scanning.

04

Delivery

Carrier coordination, tracking and proof of delivery, closing each order with documented evidence.

These four phases are the management layer. For the fulfillment operation itself, see our warehousing and fulfillment solutions.

Where it runs: Aerodoc’s own warehouse is in Miami, bonded and C-TPAT certified, with TSA authorization for air cargo and a 24-hour SLA. Beyond Miami, Aerodoc coordinates warehousing capacity through its partner network in 25 countries, always within an integrated DDP + IOR operation and under the same documentation standards.

Real-Time Visibility Through My Aerodoc

Outsourcing warehouse management only works if you never lose sight of your inventory. The My Aerodoc portal gives each client remote access to their stock, 24/7, consolidated or broken down by warehouse, project or destination, down to unit and serial number.

Request and release

Submit pickup and pack requests and order shipments from stored stock directly in the portal. Execution keeps the operational and compliance approvals that apply.

Follow every order live

Shipment status in real time, operations on an interactive map, documentation uploaded in one place and proof of delivery available for download.

Quote standard shipments instantly

Standard shipments on frequent routes can be quoted instantly in the portal; new products or destinations are reviewed by Pricing and Compliance before confirmation.

Why Companies Outsource Warehouse Management

Running inventory in another country usually means hiring staff, leasing space and building controls from scratch. A managed service replaces that with an operation that already exists: trained staff, documented processes and systems that record every movement. Our guide on outsourcing warehousing covers the decision in depth.

For technology companies the control layer matters as much as the space. Serialized inventory means warranty programs and RMA logistics can rely on unit-level records, and custody rules define who can request, release or receive goods. The same discipline applies to sensitive cargo such as GPUs and AI hardware.

F.A.Q.

What are warehouse management services?

Warehouse management services are the outsourced operation of your inventory: controlled receiving, storage, inventory control, order preparation and authorized release, run by a logistics provider on its own systems and facilities. With Aerodoc, every movement is registered in AWMS and visible to the client.

Where does Aerodoc store and manage inventory?

Aerodoc’s own warehouse is in Miami, bonded and C-TPAT certified with TSA authorization. For other markets, warehousing capacity is coordinated through Aerodoc’s partner network in 25 countries, within integrated operations that Aerodoc manages end to end.

Can I see my inventory in real time?

Yes. The My Aerodoc portal shows your stock 24/7 by warehouse, project, unit and serial number, along with shipment status, documentation and proof of delivery for each order.

Is warehousing available as a standalone service?

No. Aerodoc offers warehouse management as part of an integrated scope with DDP and Importer of Record services. That is deliberate: the value is one partner controlling the import, the inventory and the delivery under a single documented operation.
